AH continues to increase the number of ASAE educational offerings and certificate holders 

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ – August 19, 2015 – AH, a professional-services firm that specializes in helping non-profit organizations achieve their mission, create value, and advance their causes, industries, and profession, has helped 342 individuals earn their Certificate in Association Management. AH is currently the only approved licensee of the program to teach in the United States.

“We stress the importance of education to all of our staff, especially when it comes to industry related sessions,” said AH CEO Robert Waller, Jr., CAE. “Each AH staff member is encouraged to take the ASAE classes, working toward achieving their Certificate in Association Management. Our total number of AH staff certificants is up to 121 with more being added each month.”

Since becoming a licensee of the program in 2012, AH has had 342 certificants go through the program, averaging about 10 new certificate holders each month. AH ASAE approved instructors have taught 22 programs outside of the office, with five more scheduled for September.

The Certificate Program includes five one-day courses, which can be taken as a group or individually. The courses were designed to build a strong understanding in the core functions of association management. Attendees acquire skills that expand the awareness of leadership traits, team and membership development, decision making, effective communication, the value of membership and the recruitment, retention and recognition of members and volunteers.

All courses include an assessment of learning, and upon satisfactory completion of the five courses participants will automatically receive the Certificate in Association Management awarded by ASAE University, along with 27.5 CAE professional development credits.

AH is proud to hold the title of first partner licensed to deliver the ASAE Certificate Program in Association Management. AH is licensed to deliver the program in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
